Öğrenci numaranız ve ST email adresinizin şifresi ile giriş yapabilirsiniz. / You can log in with your student id and the password of your ST email address.

Rezervasyon sistemi yalnızca Tıp Fakültesi ve Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi öğrencilerinin kullanımına açıktır. / The reservation system is only open to the students of the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Dentistry.

REZERVASYON NASIL YAPILIR VE KULLANIM KURALLARI / HOW TO BOOK A STUDY ROOM AND THE GENERAL RULES TO USE THEM:
  • Kütüphane, tarih, masa ve randevu saatini sırasıyla giriniz.
  • Odalar 1 saatlik rezerve edilebilmektedir ve bir öğrenci gün içerisinde en fazla 2 saatlik rezervasyon yaptırabilmektedir.
  • Randevu saatleri seçtiğiniz masanın müsaitlik durumuna göre gelmektedir. Eğer saatler boş geliyorsa oda doludur.
  • Rezervasyon yapan kişiler, oda anahtarını almak için kütüphane görevlisine üniversite kimlik kartını teslim etmelidir.
  • Oda kullanım süresi boyunca kimlik kartı kütüphane görevlisinde kalacaktır.
  • Rezerve edilmiş odalar 15 dakika içerisinde rezerve eden kişi tarafından teslim alınmazsa rezervasyon iptal edilir.
  • 6 kişilik odalar için en az 4 kişi olunması gerekmektedir. Odayı kullanacak tüm öğrencilerin bilgilerinin sisteme girilmesi gerekmektedir.
  • 2 kişilik odalar için 2 kişi olunması gerekmektedir. Grup çalışma odalarını tek kişi kullanamaz.
  • Çalışma odalarında kişisel eşyalarınızı bırakmayınız.
  • Çalışma odalarında yiyecek ve içecek tüketmeyiniz.
  • Çalışma odalarında yüksek sesle konuşmayınız.
  • Grup çalışma odalarının tüm öğrenciler tarafından adil ve eşit bir şekilde kullandırılmasına engel olmamanızı rica ederiz.
  • Dönem içerisinde 3 usulsüz kullanım, dönem boyunca rezervasyon hakkınızın iptal olmasına neden olacaktır.
  • Pick the library name, date, table and time in order in the website.
  • Study rooms can be booked for one hour and you can book them for two hours at most in one day.
  • The avaible rooms show if the rooms are vacant. If the website doesn’t show the time that means the room is occupied for that time.
  • You are to give your student ID to take the keys of the room..
  • If you don’t show up in 15 minutes after booking, the booking will be canceled.
  • To book a room for six, four people are needed at least, six people at most. The information of all students who will use the room must be entered into the system.
  • To book a room for two, two people are needed at least and at most.
  • Study rooms cannot be used by one person.
  • You are not supposed to leave your belongings in study rooms.
  • You are not allowed to eat or drink in study rooms.
  • You are not allowed to speak loudly in study rooms.
  • We ask you to not hinder the fair use for the study rooms.
  • 3 irregular uses during the period will result in the cancellation of your reservation right during the period.
